✔ Avoid blood-thinning medications & supplements (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, or vitamin E) for at least 5-7 days prior to treatment to minimize bruising.

✔ Discontinue retinoids, acids, or exfoliating treatments for 5 days before treatment to avoid excessive skin sensitivity.

✔ Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before treatment, as it can increase the likelihood of bruising.

✔ No strenuous exercise, excessive sweating, or hot showers/saunas for 24 hours.

✔ Sleep with your head slightly elevated the first night to reduce swelling.

✔ Bruising, if it occurs, is typically mild and resolves within a few days.

✔ Days 1-5: Mild swelling, redness, or tenderness may occur. This is normal and typically resolves within 3-5 days. Some patients may experience slight puffiness due to increased hydration and skin repair activation.

✔ Days 7-14: Any swelling subsides, and under-eye skin starts feeling smoother and more hydrated. Puffiness and redness may still be present.

✔ Week 3-4: The skin under the eyes begins to feel firmer and more resilient, though the changes are still subtle at this stage. You should be at the end of the healing process.
